Due to the personal nature of fragrance and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on roller oil products once they have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a store credit at our discretion.
Deposits for event bookings (Roller Favors, Live Scent Bar) are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days before your event date and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

Our products are fragrance oil rollers intended for external use on skin only. While we take care in selecting quality fragrance oils, individual reactions to fragrance ingredients vary.
Before applying any new fragrance oil, we recommend performing a patch test: apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist, wait 24 hours, and check for any reaction before broader use.
If you experience redness, itching, swelling, or any skin irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sunburned skin.
These products are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Our roller oils are premium fragrance oils sourced from a trusted vendor. We do not blend or alter the formulas. If you have known fragrance allergies or sensitivities and need ingredient information, please contact us and we will do our best to obtain details from our supplier.
The Indy Parfum Bar is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from individual skin sensitivities, allergies, or failure to follow usage instructions.
